During this two day intensive course, you will learn new processes to go deeper than ever into healing the behaviours that led to overeating in the first place.
Most diet programmes focus on the diet and exercise, and whilst these are important, they way they are peddled omits one of the most important components; FOOD IS HIGHLY EMOTIVE
Exploring and releasing the emotions invested in food and eating, be they positive or negative, is the basis for the work with Mindset Eating.
Over the two day course you will learn to:
- Neutralise how emotions are connected to a specific craving. You will learn a process called The Ball of Light and we suggest that you bring a food that you crave to work on.
- Learn to implement Anger Tapping and importance of Anger Tapping in releasing trapped emotions and learn how anger is the emotion that causes self-sabotage
- Learn the five main weight-loss blockers of which your clients may not even be aware
- Learn techniques to challenge the critical gremlins
- Learn how to identify the drivers and unblock hidden causes with a technique called Push the Food Away
- Explore elements of body image and movement and how to incorporate them
- Explore and practice the principle of Mindful Eating
- Enjoy plenty of practice
